Terms of Service

General

• These Terms of Service govern the use of all services available in the Smile Code Global system and apply to all Users and any party who submits requests or provides information to Smile Code Global. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and Smile Code Global when the User utilises the system or services on Smile Code Global.
• We may change, modify, add, delete, or improve these Terms of Service at any time in line with Smile Code Global's development and applicable laws and regulations, with or without prior notice to each User account.

Definitions

• Smile Code Global: a platform providing online game voucher top-up services.
• Smile Code Global System: Smile Code Global's official site including affiliates and Third Parties cooperating with Smile Code Global.
• Smile Code Global Services: all matters involving reciprocal relations between Users and Smile Code Global or between Third Parties and Smile Code Global.
• Terms of Service: a legally binding agreement between the User and Smile Code Global that sets out rights, obligations, responsibilities of both parties, and procedures for use of the Smile Code Global system.
• User: a registered or unregistered party who uses the Smile Code Global system.
• Account: registered user data in the system including username, password, phone number, and email address.
• Data and Information: information related to the User that can be identified directly or indirectly, individually or combined with other information, using electronic or non-electronic systems.
• Payment Partner: a payment service provider cooperating with Smile Code Global to support payment systems in Smile Code Global services.
• Credits: balance in the User's account that can be used to purchase products within Smile Code Global's system and services.

Users

• Users must read, understand, and comply with all policy rules in the Smile Code Global System when using or utilizing the platform.
• Users must provide personal data accurately, honestly, and in accordance with their personal identity when using the system.
• Users will notify Smile Code Global of changes to their personal data related to the use of Smile Code Global services from time to time.
• Users must understand that account information details are confidential. Users are therefore not permitted to disclose account information or ownership identity to any third party.
• Users are prohibited from using robots or similar tools for monitoring or copying any content in the Smile Code Global system.
• Users are prohibited from using the Smile Code Global system for purposes that violate Indian law or the laws of other countries.
• Users are deemed to understand all legal rules in the laws and regulations of India and commit to comply with all applicable legal provisions in India when using the Smile Code Global system.
• When Users submit reports and/or public complaints regarding Smile Code Global services, such matters must be notified to Smile Code Global in good faith to resolve the issue.
• Smile Code Global reserves the right to block use of the Smile Code Global system on a User's account without prior notice if legal or normative violations are found.
• Users are strictly prohibited from using Smile Code Global's logo, images, or appearance for personal purposes without Smile Code Global's knowledge.
• Users acknowledge that Smile Code Global is not responsible for losses or problems arising from misuse of the account by the User due to the User's negligence regarding their account, clicking links provided by others, or other negligence resulting in User losses.
• Users state that all personal identity provided in the Smile Code Global system or services is their own and not that of another party.
• Users are prohibited from using the Smile Code Global platform to retrieve, collect, or use other users' personal data with the aim of violating the Privacy Policy or violating applicable laws in India.
• Users are prohibited from taking actions that may affect, damage, or disrupt services and software used by other users in accessing the system.
• Users are prohibited from taking actions that are detrimental to the continuity of Smile Code Global's business.
• Users are prohibited from using Smile Code Global Services to falsify or disguise their identity as another party unlawfully.
• Users must be over 13 years of age unless with parental consent.

Transactions

• Users must follow the procedures and purchasing methods in the Smile Code Global system.
• Users agree not to provide transaction proofs conducted in the Smile Code Global system to other parties. If losses occur due to disclosure of transaction proofs to other parties, full responsibility lies with the User.
• Users understand that there may be additional fees on each payment channel as determined by Payment Partners.
• Users will transfer funds according to the total transaction amount within the time limit set by the Smile Code Global system. If a transfer error occurs, Smile Code Global is not responsible for the losses experienced by the user.
• If suspicious transactions conducted by the User are found, Smile Code Global reserves the right to pursue legal action.
• Users state they will not involve Smile Code Global if fraud impersonating the Smile Code Global platform occurs due to the User's negligence.
• Users release Smile Code Global from any claims or compensation if the User experiences disputes with other Users.

Payments

• In conducting transactions on Smile Code Global, Users use payment channels provided by Payment Partners including UPI, USDT (Crypto transactions), E-Wallets, and Bank Transfers.
• Smile Code Global also provides payment via account Credits, which can be purchased through available transfer methods. Credits can only be used to purchase products on Smile Code Global and cannot be redeemed into cash or cashless funds.

Refunds

• Smile Code Global does not accept refunds in the form of cash or cashless funds.
• Smile Code Global will process refunds to Users in the form of Credits if the error originates from the Smile Code Global system.
• Users agree that Smile Code Global, at its sole discretion, may provide refunds to protect against risks and losses that may occur if Smile Code Global assesses that the User's transaction actions indicate fraud, legal violations, violations of the Terms of Service, or if the User's account is suspected of being accessed by another party.
• Smile Code Global reserves the right to review, delay, or cancel refunds in the form of Credits if violations of terms and conditions or law are found.

Promotions

• Smile Code Global may conduct promotions at any time based on terms set by Smile Code Global.
• Smile Code Global reserves the right to cancel promotions provided to Users without prior notice to Users for reasons of safety and comfort of other parties.

Dispute Resolution

• Smile Code Global services are subject to the provisions stipulated in the laws and regulations of India.
• Users agree to resolve disputes that may arise regarding Smile Code Global services through deliberation.
• If deliberation and amicable resolution do not provide a solution, dispute resolution will be carried out through the competent courts in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh.

Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify and hold Smile Code Global harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, and legal costs brought by Third Parties arising from User errors or actions that violate applicable policies and laws.
