  • By providing personal information to Smile Code Global, the User waives claims and demands that may arise related to the use or disclosure of information to Smile Code Global within legal bounds.
  • By using Smile Code Global services and providing the requested information, the User grants Smile Code Global permission to receive, manage, store, and perform other activities within Smile Code Global's systems.
  • The User states that the provision of personal information in Smile Code Global's systems is done consciously and in a competent condition.
  • The User states that the personal data entered into Smile Code Global's systems is genuine and is the User's own property.
  • The User has the right to update personal data that has been entered into Smile Code Global's systems.
  • Smile Code Global has the right to request the User to update personal data in Smile Code Global's systems if the User has not provided up-to-date information.
  • The User releases Smile Code Global from any claims for compensation or other demands caused by transaction failures due to incomplete personal data in Smile Code Global's systems.
  • Smile Code Global will protect personal data, including maintaining the confidentiality of personal data provided by the User within Smile Code Global's systems.

Collection

  • The mechanism for collecting User data begins when the User uses services on the Smile Code Global platform by filling in the requested identity information.
  • User personal data will be stored automatically in Smile Code Global's systems when the User agrees to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy established by Smile Code Global.

Use

  • Smile Code Global uses User data to facilitate services and product transactions.
  • Smile Code Global uses User data to provide, improve, and develop services on Smile Code Global or to analyse issues arising on Smile Code Global.
  • Smile Code Global uses User data to offer or recommend features, products, or services on the Smile Code Global platform.
  • Smile Code Global uses User data to comply with legal obligations requested by authorised authorities or law enforcement agencies.
  • Smile Code Global uses User data to facilitate communication between the User and Smile Code Global.
  • Smile Code Global may use User personal data to facilitate services with third parties (if needed). Users are not permitted to provide their personal data directly to third parties without going through Smile Code Global's site. Any loss resulting from such actions is entirely the User's responsibility.

Storage

  • User personal data will be stored by the Smile Code Global platform from the time the User enters identity information into Smile Code Global's systems until the User stops using Smile Code Global's services.

Deletion

  • Data is deleted when the User no longer uses Smile Code Global's services, subject to the retention period of personal data on Smile Code Global's services for 2 years after the account is deleted by the User.
  • The User may submit a personal data deletion request to Smile Code Global by providing a deletion form, ID card or other identity proof, and a reason for deleting personal data from Smile Code Global's services.
  • Smile Code Global may refuse changes or deletion of User personal data if the reason conflicts with the law.
  • Smile Code Global will delete the User's personal data if Smile Code Global deems the data is no longer required or if there is a legal obligation to delete the User's personal data.

Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for the security of their personal data. Users are advised to use strong protection for passwords and PINs and to restrict access to their accounts.
  • Users are responsible for personal data when using Smile Code Global's services if their accounts are used or accessed by third parties.
  • Users must promptly report to Smile Code Global upon learning that their personal data has been misused by third parties or other irresponsible parties when using Smile Code Global's services.
  • Smile Code Global is not responsible for the User's negligence in providing personal data to other parties.
  • Smile Code Global is not responsible for data input performed by children under 18 years old without parental supervision.
  • Smile Code Global is released from any responsibility related to the security of User personal data if there are circumstances beyond Smile Code Global's control.
